Technical Support for clients is akin to animal husbandry. It must relate to each and every aspect of the clients requirements when using Ardmore products, as the products themselves must cater for the individual nutritional needs of the horse to ensure the maximum benefit for each. Specifically, those benefits are targeted at Breeding, Rearing, Training & Performance as an integral part of overall equine management.
Complementary to the TECHNICAL SUPPORT on Ardmore Equine products, advice is available on forage, the needs and quality of the pasture and the changing nutritional needs of horses before conception, during pregnancy, right through training and to competition.
The policy of the Ardmore group of Companies has always been to give equal prominence and the allocation of resources to the Products and to professional and efficient Technical Support for all their clients. Hence, we are usually able to supply specific technical information for them, prospective clients and professionals working in their own specialist areas.
We realise that in all cases, speed and efficiency of communication is of paramount importance to the client. Hence we will make initial contact, generally by e-mail, on technical enquiries, within 24 hours of that first important contact with ourselves.
